Want A Flat Stomach!! But Too Lazy To Exercise? Here is How!

Of course, there is no magic wand that will turn you into a supermodel, but at least there is this recipe along with a healthy diet will help you lose a few centimeters in circumference.
Ingredients:



500 ml almond milk
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons butter almond or coconut oil
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons honey and Little nutmeg
Preparation:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them a few minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy the juice while it is fresh. Shake replaces snack or you can drink it in addition to breakfast
