Ingredients:
500 ml almond milk
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons butter almond or coconut oil
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons honey and Little nutmeg
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend them a few minutes. Pour into glasses and enjoy the juice while it is fresh. Shake replaces snack or you can drink it in addition to breakfast
